RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. General Rules
-
The academy remains closed on Mondays for weekly maintenance. Management reserves the right to declare holidays with or without prior notice.
-
Age eligibility to join us is minimum of 5 and above.
-
Running, pushing, rough play, or unsafe behavior inside or around the premises is strictly prohibited.
-
Discipline must be maintained at all times by students.
-
Each session is 90 minutes. Students must leave on time to allow the next batch to begin smoothly.
-
Latecomers will not be entertained. No extra time will be provided.
-
The premises must be kept clean. Littering is strictly prohibited.
-
Studio property (mirrors, speakers, sound system, furniture, etc.) must not be tampered with. Any damage caused will be chargeable.
-
Students use the dance floor and facilities at their own risk. The management will not be responsible for any injury or accident. No compensation claims will be entertained.
-
Violation of rules or misbehavior with staff/management may result in immediate termination without refund.
2. Membership & Batch Policy
-
Members may attend only their allotted batch (90 minutes per session).
-
A total of 8 sessions per month (2 per week) will be ensured. No extra classes will be provided.
-
No switching of batches without management approval.
-
Management reserves the right to reassign students to the appropriate level based on skill assessment.
-
Students missing 8 or more consecutive classes may be moved to a lower level to ensure proper training continuity.
-
Once membership begins, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
-
No mid-month admissions. New batches begin at the start of each month.
-
Parents are not allowed inside the class area during coaching hours.
3. Attendance, Discipline & Conduct
-
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for exams and performances.
-
Proper uniform and neat hair are compulsory for every class.
-
Students under age of 18 will be enrolled in 90 mins class wherein students aged 18 years and above will be part of the adult batch, with a class duration of 60 mins.
-
Online classes irrespective of age will be 60 mins in duration.
-
On-time drop and pick-up is mandatory.
-
Parents must inform the academy in advance if the child is unwell.
-
Regular home practice is strongly encouraged.
-
Bullying, disrespect, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Strict action will be taken. Repeated misconduct may lead to immediate termination without refund.

Parents must attend Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) conducted once every six months to review student progress.
4. Compensatory Class Policy
-
No compensatory classes will be provided for student absences under any circumstances.
-
Compensatory classes will be provided only if the institution cancels a class and will be scheduled by the management.
-
No carry-forward of missed sessions is allowed.
5. Payment Rules
-
Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the first month's fee.
-
Students are required to maintain timely monthly fee payments to ensure uninterrupted participation in classes.
-
Fees must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
-
A late fine of ₹50 per day will be applicable for payments made after the 5th of the month.
-
Students with pending fees beyond 15 days will not be allowed to attend classes until dues are cleared.
-
No fee adjustments will be made for missed classes.
-
No partial payments are allowed.
-
No payment flexibility will be provided under any circumstances.
-
The management reserves the right to revise fees after every 2 financial years or as required with prior notice.
6. Performance, Exam & Additional Charges
-
Costumes, competition fees, exam fees, certification fees, workshops, and event participation charges are separate from regular tuition fees.
-
These additional charges must be paid as and when applicable.
7. Photo & Media Consent Policy
-
The academy may capture and use student photos/videos for promotional, educational, event, website, and social media purposes.
-
Parents who do not consent must submit a written letter to the management.
8. Pick-Up & Drop Policy
-
Only authorized parents/guardians may pick up students.
-
Emergency contact details must be provided at admission.
-
The academy is not responsible for students once they leave the premises.
9. Medical & Emergency Clause
-
In case of medical emergency, the academy will attempt to contact the parent/guardian immediately. Any medical expenses incurred shall be borne by the parent/guardian.
10. Reputation & Code of Conduct
-
Parents and students are expected to maintain respectful communication toward the academy, staff, and other members both offline and online.
-
Any form of defamation, false allegations, or damage to the reputation of the institution may result in termination without refund.
11. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
-
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled, adjourned, or shifted online at the discretion of the management.
12. Personal Responsibility
-
Students must bring their own water bottle. The academy does not provide water or snacks.
13. Personal Belongings
-
The academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the premises. Students are advised to carry only essential items.
14. Payment Proof & Records
-
Parents/guardians must retain all payment receipts and transaction proofs for future reference. In case of any discrepancy, valid proof of payment must be produced.
